Miss Abby had a GREAT summer! She took a trip to Ottawa for Canada Day weekend and saw Prince William and Kate who were visiting Canada and in Ottawa to celebrate Canada's birthday. She visited her cousin Penny AND she had an overnight at the Lake with her friend Sampson. She was very interested in the water but really didn't swim very much, she did venture in to get a toy that was tossed but that was about it. She enjoyed the BBQing and the evening fire and marshmallows!! She continues to be an early riser, 7AM is the latest that she will sleep in...if we could change one thing, that would be it! I guess she loves those early morning walks more than she likes sleep.
Abby is working tomorrow night at the Begathon fundraiser for the Fredericton SPCA. We will stand outside the NBLiquor Store collecting donations. This fundraiser is held over one weekend at all the Fredericton NBLiquor Store locations and raises $10,000 for the Shelter. You will find Abby and her parents working a Thursday night and Saturday morning shift. Until next time....
