Christmas at Aberdeen Street was wonderful as usual. Abby enjoyed opening presents from Santa, who had left a couple of parcels under the tree for her. She woke everyone up early on Christmas morning, as she does every morning. She was such a good girl Christmas morning with Bobby doggie and baby Vivianne. She loved walking around in the wrapping paper while everyone opened presents. She would stop to smell the gifts that were opened and then would move from person to person to check out all the new and interesting stuff. She finally hopped up on the sofa and found a comfy spot to observe the rest of the activities. She participated in Christmas dinner and layed on her bed beside the dinning room table while she waited for her "treats" of turkey. Abby's human sister from Ottawa was home for Christmas with her husband and of course her sister in Fredericton visited with baby Vivianne many times....Vivianne's Daddy has allergies to cats so he can't visit Grammy's house. Oops...
We had a big snow storm after Christmas which Abby loved! She loves playing in the snow and chasing the blowing snow from the snowblower. We hosted a New Years party which Abby played hostess. She mingled her way through the crowd during the evening and finally we found her laying on the sofa in the front livingroom..flaked out from all the excitement. We hope that 2011 if full of more adventures and fun with Miss Abby Doggie. Until next time.....
