Abby loves to pop her head out the sunroof to get a good view while driving. Of course we only allow her this pleasure while driving within the city when speeds are reduced. She is getting use to the new vehicle BUT we know she does not like it as much. When the back seats are folded down they do not reach the back of the front seats, like the Nissan did, leaving a gap where Abby can fall into....as one can imagine she does not like when this happens. Because of this gap we leave the back seats in the upright position leaving Abby further away from the "perceived" action in the front. We are trying to find a solution to this minor issue but have not come up with anything yet. How bad can a dogs life be sitting in a new vehicle on a nice fleece L.L. Bean doggie blanket with a large sunroof to look out?
Abby is going on another road trip to Ottawa, the Nation's Capital, in mid-November to visit her human sister Anne. Anne and her fiancé Jason have a cat named Sherwin Williams. Watch out little Sherwin....the four legged cat inspector is looking for a new kitty to frisk! Until next time...
