Three Years Ago Today....January 10, 2009

Three years ago today, January 10, 2009, little Abby arrived in Fredericton. The picture below was one that we took only minutes after picking her up in New Hampshire. We were still sitting in the parking lot where the large trailer had delivered our special package. We remember the excitement like it was yesterday.  She is a lovely doggie with a warm and caring heart....not a mean bone in her body.  She takes her job as "Chief of Security" very serious.  She not only keeps the cats on their toes, she patrols the backyard several times a day getting rid of any unwanted squirrels, cats etc. She makes us laugh everyday with her funny routines such as hiding bones everywhere around the house and fluffing her bed and blankets before she can lay down. We love you Abby doggie and are so glad that you chose us and Fredericton to be your forever home.
