JUST SIT STILL MOLLY SO I CAN CHECK YOU OUT

We continue to be surprised by the folks that still check Abby's Blog on a regular basis!  We often wonder if we should continue updating as Abby is all grown-up and the interesting stories are few......she has the life of an ordinary dog. However, when we posted Abby's birthday pictures on October 1st we had several people comment that it was Abby's birthday because they read it on the Blog!! These comments come every where from colleagues, friends and family to church people.....so we will continue for a while because we have fun updating the blog too.  On Abby's birthday we went back and read all the postings since the beginning and discovered it is a nice little diary of her first 2 years.
We took the picture above of Abby checking out Molly kitty, she is 14 years old and loves the dog.  Molly loves Abby more than she likes the other cats but it has been a long and tedious undertaking to establish a mutual respect between the two.  You can see Simon in the background, he is 7 years old and would be most happy if Abby just left the house for good!!  They do not see eye to eye EVER!  Simon has front claws so when backed into a corner, he gives Abby a taste of her own medicine.  Abby remembers this and sometimes will not walk down the hallway because Simon kitty is sitting at the end starring at her. She sits and whimpers until we come to help her walk past the cat!! However, if Abby sees Simon first, the chase is on!  The fun and excitement continues.  Until next time.....
