Abby is getting more comfortable with her new surroundings and is venturing into rooms on her own. She continues to chase the cats wanting to play but they don't quite concur that her chasing is a fun activity! She has definitely claimed the leather chair as her own as you can see in the picture. How a 50lb dog will look in that chair...we don't know!! LOL We went on a short car ride to Odell Park where she walked very well on a leash. She was quite interested in the other dogs and watched people skiing with great excitement. She is getting more familiar with the snow and in fact was rolling around it in this afternoon. She is very smart and appears to catch on to ideas very quickly. She is also determined and I guess that may go along with smart, but when told "no" to something, she just uses another method to get what she wanted in the first place! Tomorrow will be her first day home alone and we are sure she will be happy when noon arrives and someone comes home to have a 1 hour play with her. We are not sure who will miss who more tomorrow, she us or we her!

Thanks for posting the updates (and pictures!) on puppy Abby! She is absolutely adorable!! I see Abby has decided the leather chair is meant for her...of course! Heaven forbid humans need a leather chair to sit on! Wishing you fun puppy adventures in the upcoming weeks!
